THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.
There is a specific order passed on 24th June, 2022 that the Appellant should make pre deposit, since then, despite granting time on 27th July, 2022 and 12th August, 2022 pre deposit has not been made. Moreover, in the order dated 12th August, 2022 it was specifically mentioned that if the pre deposit is not made before the next date fixed, appeal shall be dismissed being not maintainable.
Till date, no pre deposit is made, hence the appeal could not be heard. Accordingly, the appeal, being Diary No. 135 of 2019, is dismissed, being not maintainable.
