THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
I.A. Dy. No. 170 of 2022 has been filed by the appellant praying for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Impugned judgement was passed on 08.03.2022 while the appeal was filed on 25.05.2022. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that owing to inadvertence the clerk of the learned advocate copy of the impugned judgement was misplaced and it was ultimately traced out and appeal was preferred.
