No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. It has been stated that the invocation of security interest in the property in question vide demand notice dated 19.01.2022/21.01.2022 is highly bared and under the provisions of SARFAESI Act, proceeding cannot be undertaken by Respondent-Bank. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 24.08.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 581/2022. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 357/2022), Expedite Application (I.A. No. 355/2022) and Stay Application (I.A. No. 356/2022) have been filed.
