Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
Issue notices to the respondents on delay condonation application by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant has also deposited a demand draft no. 079410 dated 15.03.2022 for Rs. 5.00 lacs towards predeposit, which may be kept in the form of FDR in nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.
