Pursuant to the earlier order dated 18.07.2022 of this Tribunal, notices were issued to the respondents. The office report dated 20.09.2022 shows that the affidavit of service has not been filed. Let the same be filed by the next date to authenticate the service upon the respondents.
The said report further shows that the delay condonation application being I.A. No. 161/2022 is pending consideration.
Learned counsel for the appearing respondent submits that the copy of memo of appeal has not been served upon him. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the same upon the counsel for the appearing respondent within 48 hours, who may file reply by the next date.
