The learned counsel holding for the counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that he is in personal difficulty and seeks adjournment.
A reply has been filed on I.A. No. 120/2022 which is for condonation of delay. It is also submitted that the application for waiver of deposit under Sec. 21 of the RDB Act is also filed, but certain defects pointed out by the office need to be cured and, therefore, the application has not come to the bench.
