The said report further shows that reply to the delay condonation has been filed on behalf of the respondents No. 3 and 4. Let the rejoinder to the same be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents No. 1 and 2 through paper publication in the Newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Steps to be taken within a week. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
