The present appeal has been filed by the appellant under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the order dated 18.07.2022 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 87/2016.
With regard to the pre-deposit, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant may be given a chance to defend the appeal without any pre-deposit and on this issue, he will argue the matter before the Hon’ble Chairperson.
