The record shows that the I.A. No. 198/2022 has been filed for waiver, I.A. No. 197/2022 has been filed regarding urgency application, I.A. No. 196/2022 has been filed for grant of stay and I.A. No. 199/2022 has been filed for condonation of delay.
The I.A. No. 197/2022 is finally disposed off with a direction that the present appeal shall be decided most expeditiously subject to steps taken by the counsel for the appellant for service upon the respondents by the next date fixed.
Let the notices be issued to the respondents on the delay condonation and waiver applications by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
The appellant may also explain as to how the present proceedings are maintainable in absence of pre-deposit amount on the next date fixed.
