Present: Shri Shresth Pandey, counsel for the appellant,
Shri Rakesh Mishra, counsel for the respondent no. 4 seeks two weeks’ time to file his vakalatnama. Shri Ashok Pandey, advocate appears and seeks two weeks’ time to file his vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 & 3. Let the same along with reply be filed within the same period.
Reply of the Bank has already been filed, to which rejoinder be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has not been served the copy of reply by the respondent-Bank, whose counsel is not present today. Let the same be served within a week.
Shri Rakesh Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Shri Himanshu Tiwari, counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that Shri Tiwari is not well today, therefore, he is unable to attend the court.
