Mr. Waseem @ Raja, legal heir of the Appellant and Attorny of Appellant Nos. (i) to (iii) and (v) to (xi) and Mr. Sharif Ahmed, the Respondent No. 1 for himself and GPA for the Respondent No. 2, are also present in person.

It is submitted in the said Application that the parties have entered into a Settlement, in terms as recorded in the said Application. Both the GPAs on behalf of the respective parties, undertake that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement. The Settlement has been entered into between the parties without any kind of undue pressure, fraud,
