release of Rs.95,927/- deposited by the Appellant in terms of the Order dated 11.04.2023, 11.10.2023, 12.10.2023, 20.10.2023, 03.11.2025, 21.11.2023 and 28.11.2023 respectively, to the Appellant who shall pay the amount as agreed in the Settlement to the Respondent/Plaintiff.

Learned counsel for the Respondent/Plaintiff has No Objection if the deposited amounts in the Court are released in favour of the Appellant.

In view of the aforesaid, the amounts deposited, be released to the Appellant in compliance of the terms of the Settlement dated 27.11.2025.
