Reply as been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 4(D)-Ankit Mann wherein an objection is taken to withdrawal of the Appeal on the ground that the Appeal has defective affidavit and they have not been notarised property by the Oath Commissioner and that there is concealment of material facts from the Court and malpractices had been adopted by the Appellant in filing the Appeal. The withdrawal of the Appeal is therefore contested.
