ii. set-aside the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 29.10.2009 in case suit bearing no. 813/08/06, titled M/s Argent Leasing & Finance Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Suresh Singh & Anr. passed by the court of Sh. Surinder S. Rathi ADJ, (Central)-07, Delhi and dismiss the suit accordingly.

iii. pass such further and other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.”
