The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeks the following prayers:

“ It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside, reverse and quash the judgment and order dated 12.11.2024 passed by Ms Arjinder Kaur, Ld ARC-02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No.77687/2016 (E-579/14/12), titled as Sh. MohdSaim&Ors. Vs. MohdZaki wherein the eviction petition filed by the respondents herein/petitioners before the Trial Court was allowed and eviction order was passed in respect of a Shop bearing No.1326, Main Road, FarashKhana, Delhi-110006 and further pleased to remand back the case back to further trial before Trial Court in favour of petitioner herein and against the respondents herein.

Any other or further relief may also be awarded in favor of the petitioner herein and against the respondents herein in the interest of justice.”
