“((a) Call for the records of Eviction Case No. RC ARC 36 of 2016'of the court of Ms. Arjinder Kaur, Additional Rent Controller-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi in RC ARC No.80053 of 2016 titled as Nayabuddin (D) through LRs. Vs. Mohd. Imran & Anr. and quash the impugned order dated 19.09.2024 with costs throughout.

(b)Pass any other and further orders that it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
