“a. Allow the present Revision Petition; and

b. Calling for the records in respect of the Eviction Petition being RC ARC No. 404/2021 titled as Sh. Sharad Jain vs. Sh. Devinder Kumar Jain before the Ld. Rent Controller, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi

c. Pass an Order setting aside order dated 25.07.2025 passed by Shri Rupinder Singh Dhiman, Additional Rent Controller (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in RC ARC No. 404/2021 titled as Sh. Sharad Jain vs. Sh. Devinder Kumar Jain;

d. Pass such other or further orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”
