The present Rent Control Revision Petition, under Section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, assails the Judgment and Order dated 20.01.2026 passed by the learned ACJ-cum-CCJ-cumARC, Patiala House Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No. RC ARC No.18/2025, whereby the leave to defend application of the Petitioner has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, submit that they are ad idem that the subject premises shall be vacated within a period of 2 months from today without payment of any user and occupation charges; however, on instructions, he further submits that he shall pay the rent for the period of these two months equivalent to the amount of the rent last paid by him.
