These appeals have been filed by the appellants challenging the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal under SAFEMA in the Appeal being, FPA-PMLA-6443, 6444/DLI/2023 and FPA-PMLA/2000/DLI/2017 as also to challenge the Provisional Attachment Order No. 03/2017 dated 31.03.2017.

During the pendency of the present appeals, vide order dated 04.06.2026, the learned Special Judge (PC Act) CBI-21, Rouse Avenue Court in CT Cases 44/2019 titled Directorate of Enforcement v. Sumeet Suri , directed that in view of the acquittal of the accused Sumeet Suri, the properties attached vide the above-mentioned Provisional Attachment Order, which has been confirmed by the learned Adjudicating Authority on 25.08.2017, stand released to Mr. Sumeet Suri and his children, that is, the appellants herein.

In view of the above, the present appeals have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
