Jatin Jain), learned counsel for both parties jointly submitted that the inter-se disputes had been amicably resolved under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, with terms reduced to writing in a Settlement Agreement dated 12.01.2026 (paras (a) to (o)) and all compliances completed. Justice Tushar Rao Gedela took the Settlement Agreement and its annexures on record, found no impediment, held the parties bound by its terms, decreed and disposed of the suit in terms of the agreement, directed that a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of paras (a) to (o) thereof, ordered refund of court fees to the plaintiff under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act upon completion of formalities, and disposed of pending applications (I.A. 21497/2025 and I.A. 21498/2025).
