Matter is taken up today as 14.04.2026 was declared holiday on account of birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar vide Notification No. 71/G4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 10.04.2026.

This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction against the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from exploiting, copying, divulging, distributing, printing, publishing or using for reference/research/analysis, for development and sale of any products/solutions, rendering any services or in any manner whatsoever handling/dealing with the confidential information/trade secrets of the Plaintiff as defined in Schedule I and II hereto for commercial gain or otherwise, amongst other reliefs.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 10.04.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement, copy of which is handed over in Court and is taken on record.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties, which shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto.
