This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction against the Defendants, restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, exporting, exhibiting, advertising any goods or products

any other similar and/or deceptively similar mark to the Plaintiff’s trademark ‘KEI’, so as to result in infringement and/or passing off of Plaintiff’s registered trademarks, amongst other reliefs.
