This application is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff under Order XXIII Rule 1(3)(b) CPC for withdrawal of the suit in light of the fact that during the pendency of the present suit, parties have started exploring the possibility of a settlement at a global level, with liberty to file a fresh suit in respect of same subject matter and same cause of action.
