The petitioner herein was held guilty for commission of offences under Section 420 IPC read with Section 120 B IPC and his co-accused Satender Pal Sharma was also convicted for offences under Sections 420/468/471 IPC read with Section 120B IPC.

When they both filed appeals against such conviction, such appeals were disposed of by common judgment dated 22.12.2014, and as far as the petitioner herein is concerned, he was acquitted for offence under Section 420 IPC, albeit , his conviction and sentence under Section 120B IPC was affirmed.

Feeling aggrieved, the present petition has been filed.
