By way of the present petition under Section 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails the order dated 20.05.2026 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-01, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, in proceedings arising out of FIR No. 178/2011 dated 05.07.2011, registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh under Sections 420/467/468/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”], whereby the learned Magistrate’s Court directed that charges be framed against the petitioner under Sections 420/467/468/120-B/34 IPC.

After some arguments, Mr. Parminder Singh Goindi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy by filing a revision petition before the learned Sessions Court.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission.
