Petitioner takes exception to order dated 22.07.2024 passed by learned Magisterial Court. She submits that petitioner had been facing trial for committing offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 2. It has now been informed that aforesaid complaint has already been dismissed and the petitioner herein has been acquitted and nothing survives for adjudication in the present matter.

Last order dated 26.05.2026 would indicate that though the learned Predecessor Bench had refused to grant any stay of hearing of final arguments, it did direct for postponement of the pronouncement of judgment. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that by the time, she joined the proceedings through videoconferencing on the said date, the judgment had already been pronounced.
