By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek issuance of a writ of certiorari and/ or prohibition restraining the respondents from registering the complaint dated 02.11.2025 filed by the respondent no.5 as an FIR or investigating into the same, amongst other ancillary reliefs.
