This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce Ms. Fouzia, the daughter of the petitioner.

Pursuant to our order dated 27.02.2026, Ms. Fouzia has appeared before us along with respondent no. 2. She states that though
