The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for production of the minor child of the petitioner.

This Court, by an Order dated 15.12.2025, with the consent of the parties, formulated an interim arrangement to enable the petitioner to meet his child.

effect that the petitioner is now meeting the child every day between 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that today is the birthday of the child and the petitioner would like to meet the child today for some time.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.4, however, submits that the child is presently not in town and therefore, a physical meeting may not be feasible. However, he assures the Court that a virtual meeting of the petitioner with the child will be arranged today itself.

In view of the above development, we dispose of the present petition by directing that the interim arrangement made by us, vide Order dated 15.12.2025 and as modified by the parties by their own, that is, of the petitioner visiting the child everyday between 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M., shall continue for further period of two months or until further orders are passed by the competent Court. The petitioner can avail the remedies that may be available in accordance with law to her in that regard, within a period of two months from today.
