Petitioner herein seeks parole, straightaway, for a period of three months for re-establishing social and family ties.

Mr. Baghel, learned counsel for petitioner refers to order dated 20.07.2026, passed by learned Coordinate Bench in W.P. (Crl.) No. 2098/2026, whereby when the petitioner had, on an earlier occasion, prayed for release on parole, his petition was disposed of, on the basis of the assurance coming from the side of the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State that the abovesaid Writ Petition would be treated as representation and shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of four weeks.

Mr. Baghel, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is yet to hear any response with respect to the abovesaid request.
