It is also submitted that although the arguments on the petitioner’s application under Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, were concluded on 25.02.2025, necessary orders have not yet been passed.

After some arguments, Mr. Singh submits that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the learned Magistrate for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. In view of the fact that the learned Magistrate has already directed that no further adjournment should be granted to either party, such a request is accepted.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate for the aforesaid purpose, and without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to move this Court again, if the necessity arises.
