The respondents no.2 & 3 on behalf of respondents no. 2-5 are present in Court today and are identified by IO/SI Dilbagh Singh. I have spoken with respondents no.2 & 3 in Hindi and it is stated by them that they have compromised all disputes with the petitioner. Respondents no.2 & 3 submit that they do not wish to continue prosecution of petitioner.

Having spoken with respondent no. 2 &3, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial.

Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 745/2023 of PS Kashmere Gate for offence under Section 279/337/338 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
