The petitioner has filed this application pointing out a typographical error in the order of this Court dated 16.01.2026, by which the writ petition was disposed of. The error pertains to the date of punishment as recorded in paragraph 3 of the order.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State, also accepts that the date has been recorded erroneously.

Having regard to the above, paragraph 3 of the order dated 16.01.2026 is rectified as follows:
