The limited prayer of Mr. Yadav is to the effect that the petitioner herein, who is facing trial for committing a sexual assault is behind the Bars for more than four years. He prays that the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the trial, particularly keeping in mind his long incarceration. He submits that there would not be any delay from his side.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel, who appears on advance notice, also submits that they would also ensure that the concerned material witnesses are produced and examined, without any further delay.
