Issue notice.

Learned ASC accepts notice and. He, without adverting to the merits therein, submits that the Delhi Police has been working diligently to the best of their abilities qua FIR Nos.471/2022 and 103/2023 registered under Sections 326/34 and 420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 respectively at PS: G.T.B. Enclave. In any event, since the primary accused in both the aforesaid FIRs are the same, he submits that as per information received the investigation therein shall be concluded within a period of three months from now, and the charge-sheet shall also be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.

In view of above, particularly the statement made by learned ASC for State, since there is nothing remaining in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks, and is granted, permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies if, as and when required in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
