The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the directions dated 02^nd February, 2026, passed in W.P.(C) 1383/2026, and order dated 06^th May, 2026, passed in the present proceedings, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) has already initiated the

demolition activities and the petitioner is fully satisfied that the order has been complied with, by the respondent/MCD.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/MCD submits that he has no objection, if the present petition is withdrawn.

Needless to state, the MCD is bound to remove any unauthorised construction, if it still exists in property bearing no. RZ-68/256, plot no. 68, measuring 167 sq. yds., part of Khasra No. 234, 255 and 256, situated in the area of Village Nasirpur, Colony known as Dayal Park, West Sagarpur, New Delhi-110046 .

Noting the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.

The next date of hearing of 10^th September, 2026 stands cancelled.
