The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 02^nd September, 2025, passed in W.P. (C) 766/2024 , with the leading case being W.P. (C) 3172/2019.

As per the aforesaid judgment, the petitioner has been held entitled to receive a pension as per the General Provident Fund (“GPF”)-cum-Pension Scheme, in accordance with the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (“KVS”) Office Memorandum (“OM”) dated 01^st September, 1988, with interest @ 6% per annum on the due amounts from the date the same had fallen due, till the date of payment of pension.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents puts in appearance and submits that the respondents have approached the Supreme Court by way of Special Leave Petition (“SLP”) (C) No. 15365/2026 , and vide order dated
