The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 07^th April, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 3397/2026 , wherein, it had been directed as follows:

By way of the aforesaid order dated 07^th April, 2026, this Court recorded the statement of respondent no. 2-school, i.e., Bal Bharti School, Delhi, that they shall grant admission to the petitioner-student, under the Children with Special Needs (“CWSN”) Category, and that the respondent no. 1-Department of Education (“DoE”) shall grant recognition to the said admission of the petitioner.

Additionally, it was recorded that respondent no.1-DoE shall also clear the dues with regards to the admission of the petitioner, in accordance with the extant rules.

The authorised representative of respondent no. 2-school, i.e., Mr. Ketal Malhotra, who present in person before this Court today, submits that they have written various letters to the respondent no. 1-DoE. However, the unique ID number for admission of the petitioner-student has not been issued. 5. In response, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1-DoE submits that the admission ought to be granted by the respondent no. 2-school to the petitioner immediately and that the unique ID number shall be duly given to the respondent no. 2-school on account of admission of the petitionerstudent.

He further submits that the amount towards the reimbursement of fees of the petitioner shall also be disbursed to the respondent no. 2-school, in terms of the order dated 07^th April, 2026, as per the extant rules.

Accordingly, the following directions are issued:

i. The respondent no. 2-school shall immediately grant admission to the petitioner-student and allow the petitioner to attend the classes in Nursery/Pre-School under the CWSN Category.

ii. Respondent no. 2-school shall intimate the respondent no. 1-DoE about the grant of admission of the petitioner to the school under the CWSN Category.

iii. On receipt of the intimation from the respondent no. 2-school, the respondent no. 2-DoE shall issue the unique ID number, with regards to the admission of the petitioner in the respondent no. 2-school expeditiously, preferably, within a period of thirty (30) days, from the date of the receipt of intimation.

iv. The respondent no. 2-DoE shall also refund the amount towards the fees, as well as other provisions like books, uniforms etc., of the petitioner-student, as per the rules.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is accordingly, disposed of.
