The present petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of this Court’s orders dated 14^th November, 2025, in W.P.(C) 16237/2025, 22^nd December, 2025, W.P.(C) 19423/2025, and the common order dated 13^th July, 2026, in W.P.(C) 9077/2026, W.P.(C) 9156/2026, and W.P.(C) 9248/2026 .

Vide order dated 14^th November, 2025, in W.P.(C) 16237/2025, it had been directed as follows:

5. Accordingly, following directions are passed:

(i) The applications of the petitioners which have already been submitted by the petitioners for the academic session 2025-26 may now be considered for the next academic session i.e. 2026-27 and the inspection report/deficiencies be communicated to the petitioners by the respondent PCI latest by 15.12.2025;

¶59

(ii) The petitioners shall thereafter submit their responsecum-compliance to the respondent PCI on or before 15.01.2026;

¶60

(iii) The PCI shall then take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioners latest by 15.02.2026; and

¶61

(iv) In the event any adverse decision is taken by the PCI against any petitioner, the remedies in accordance with law

shall be available to the petitioners, which they may resort to.

6. It is also clarified that the petitioners shall also upload the faculty details on Aadhar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) along with their response-cum-compliance, which as noted above, is to be done on or before 15.01.2026.

Further, by way of the order dated 22^nd December, 2025, in W.P.(C) 19423/2025, the following directions were issued:

9. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed setting aside impugned decision letter dated 13.11.2025. It is directed that PCI will furnish a copy of the inspection report dated 13.11.2025 to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. Petitioner will take necessary steps to cure the deficiencies and submit a compliance report within three weeks from the date of receipt of the inspection report. PCI will re-consider the matter after looking into the response of the Petitioner and take a fresh decision, in accordance with law. Decision will be communicated to the Petitioner and if aggrieved, Petitioner will be at liberty to take recourse to legal remedies.

This Court vide the common order dated 13^th July, 2026, in W.P.(C) 9077/2026, W.P.(C) 9156/2026, and W.P. (C) 9248/2026 , had directed as follows:

Accordingly, PCI is directed to issue letter of "Permanent approval" with QR-Code in respect of existing Pharmacy Courses already approved by PCI within a period of 2 weeks from today, subject to outcome of pending SLP before Supreme Court. The respondent is also directed to update its website and reflect the status of petitioners, as institutions duly approved under section 12(1) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on advance notice, submits that the directions as contained in the aforesaid orders shall be complied with, within a period of two weeks.

The respondents are held bound by the said statement, and are directed to ensure that the compliance of the directions as given in this Court’s orders dated 14^th November, 2025, 22^nd December, 2025, and the common order dated 13^th July, 2026, is done within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are satisfied with the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Needless to state, in case, the petitioners are aggrieved by any nonaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioners would be at liberty to revive the present petitions.
