The present Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks to challenge the Order dated 01.12.2021 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South, Saket Courts, New Delhi in HMA No.1589/2021, whereby a cost of Rs.12,000/- was imposed upon the Petitioner herein, as well as the Order dated 23.01.2026 passed in the said proceedings, whereby the learned Principal Judge directed the Petitioner to deposit the said cost within a period of two (02) weeks.

The Petitioner, who is appearing in person, submits that he has already deposited the cost and complied with the directions passed by the learned Trial Court. The proof thereof has been annexed as Annexure P-5.

Upon being queried as to why the present Petition has been preferred despite the Orders having already been complied with, the Petitioner submits that the payment of the cost was made under protest and that the present Petition has been filed to challenge the same on

the ground that the impugned Orders are manifestly illegal and without jurisdiction.

This Court has heard the Petitioner and is of the view that, since the Orders passed by the learned Trial Court were complied with after a lapse of nearly five (05) years, the learned Trial Court has already taken a lenient view by merely directing compliance by payment of costs of Rs.12,000/-.

In these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are called for in the present Petition. Since the Petitioner has already complied with the directions passed by the learned Trial Court, no cogent ground is made out warranting interference by this Court in exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the present Petition, along with all pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed in the aforesaid terms.
