“a. Issue appropriate direction quashing the mediation settlement and order, dated 19.12.2017, passed in HMANo. 898/2017 which has imposed status quo on the Petitioner’s personal life as the Petitioner is unable to seek appropriate matrimonial relief.
b. Issue an order or direction, declaring that the continued suspension of Petitioner’s matrimonial rights, as a consequence of the Respondent’s threat and the misinterpreted mediation settlement, violates his fundamental right to life and personal liberty under Article 21.
c. Consequently, exercising the extraordinary power under Article 227, dissolve the marriage between the Petitioner and Respondent solemnized on 06.05.2006 on the grounds of irretrievable breakdown and mental cruelty,
