with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:
“a) Set aside the impugned orders dated 10.01.2025, 25.01.2025, 19.04.2025 AND 25.09.2025 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court (West), Tis Hazari, in GP No. 107/21, as being contrary to law, equity and the paramount consideration of welfare of the minor child;
b) Direct that the Petitioner shall have regular physical visitation with the minor child for at least two full days on alternate weekends, in addition to such other days as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper;
c) Permit the Petitioner to have access to the child on important festivals, on including birthdays, school functions and family occasions, Lohri, Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, New Year, Father’s Day, and the minor’s birthday, on rotational basis, to ensure meaningful emotional bonding and participation in the child’s cultural life;

minor child and both parents with a trained psychologist/child counsellor to address the issue of parental alienation and to facilitate positive interaction;
e) Modify the visitation schedule to restore in-person access and clarify that video calls are only supplementary and not a substitute for physical meetings;
