Learned counsel for the Petitioner would, therefore, be at liberty to move an appropriate Application seeking preponement of the date fixed in the aforesaid execution proceedings and for consideration of the execution petition at an earlier date. Learned Trial Court is requested to consider the same as favourably as permissible.
