By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( BNSS ), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.09/2025 dated 06.01.2025 registered at PS.: South Rohini, Delhi under Section 281/105/110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( BNS ) and Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

Since the applicant’s last bail application filed before the learned Trial Court was dismissed vide order dated 25.02.2026 on the very same grounds
