Before the Delhi High Court (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Girish Kathpalia), the accused/applicant Vinod Kumar Aggarwal, facing FIR No.575/2024 of PS Subhash Place for offence under Section 420/468/471/34 IPC, sought anticipatory bail in BAIL APPLN. 3769/2025 (with CRL.M.A. 903/2026 & 29377/2025). After partly addressing arguments, his counsel sought permission to withdraw the application so that the applicant could surrender and file a regular bail application before the trial court. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application and accompanying applications were dismissed as withdrawn. It was made clear that any fresh bail application before the trial court shall be considered on merits without getting influenced with observations recorded in the order dated 07.01.2026.
