Delhi High Court (Girish Kathpalia, J.; order dated 16.01.2026), BAIL APPLN. 3922/2025 & CRL.M.A. 30573/2025: Annu, accused/applicant, sought regular bail in FIR No. 355/2024 of PS Rajouri Garden for offence under Section 302/34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, wherein she was broadly alleged to have repeatedly changed her identity and honey trapped the deceased, who was shot dead by a co-accused in a restaurant, the entire incident having been captured on CCTV. After addressing partly, learned counsel, on instructions, sought withdrawal of the application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to framing of charge, if any. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 355/2024 of PS Rajouri Garden for offence under Section 302/34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act.

Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that she had been repeatedly changing her identity and honey trapped the deceased, who was shot dead by the co-accused in a restaurant. The entire incident was captured on CCTV, which footage has been shown.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to framing of charge, if any.
