The accused/applicant seeks extension of interim bail in case FIR No. 123/2026 of Police Station Sunlight Colony for offence under Section 20/29/61/85 of NDPS Act.

Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that 1.264 kg ganja was recovered from her. The accused/applicant filed an application for interim bail which was allowed by the trial court. Thereafter, the accused/applicant filed application for an extension of that interim bail but the extension was declined by the Court of Sessions. It is thereafter that the present application for extension of interim bail was filed before this Court.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this interim bail extension application with the request that he may be allowed to surrender after one week so that he may file a regular bail application, because small quantity of ganja is 1kg.
