The status report has been filed and factum of the abovesaid marriage, being scheduled for 25.05.2026, has been duly verified. As per the report, the statements of various neighbours and Gram Pradhan have been recorded.

Both the FIRs are of the year 2017 and the applicant is in custody for around nine years. Both the cases are being tried together and, in the unfortunate incident in question, six precious lives were lost. 5. During course of the arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there is no mala fide intention and present application is not a ploy to come out of the jail.

After some arguments, he submitted that he would have no objection if the applicant is released on custody parole so that he can get married. 7. There does not seem to be any embargo in acceding to the abovesaid limited request. 8. In view of the above, both the abovesaid applications are disposed of with direction to Jail Superintendent to make requisite arrangements so that the applicant is taken to Village Samoli-Salempur, Daurala, Meerut where the wedding is scheduled on 25.05.2026. The period of the custody parole would be from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., excluding the journey time.
