The accused/applicants seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 409/2023 of PS Chhawla for offence under Section 306/34 IPC.

On being pointed out the contents of paragraph 7 of order dated 05.06.2026 in contrast with paragraph 6 of order dated 15.04.2026, both learned counsel for all these accused/applicants, on instructions, seek permission to unconditionally withdraw these anticipatory bail applications, so that they surrender and apply for regular bail. However, in case after surrender of the accused/applicants, the IO does not want to arrest them ( which is the claim of learned counsel for accused/applicants but denied by prosecution side ), it shall be obviously the prerogative of the IO.

As requested, the anticipatory bail applications and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that withdrawal of these applications shall not be read to the prejudice of the accused/applicants at the time of hearing their regular bail applications.
