By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following

prayers:

“(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to verify the status of the Petitioner's NSC and KVP accounts from their permanent records.

(b) Direct the Respondents to issue duplicate certificates and settle the claims in a timebound manner.”

Issue notice. The learned SPC accepts notice on behalf of respondent/UOI.
